if The Angel were in it, you would say:
a. The Angel Posture.
b. The scripture for The Angel: Psalm 91:11 says "For He shall give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways."
c. From Mt. Zion posture, inhale and then exhale as you bring your right foot behind you, heel to the ground. Inhale, bringing both arms up and forward. Exhale reaching up and forward. Make sure your upper arms are in line with your ears. Breathe gently. Repeat after me, "We thank You, Lord that Your Word says, (repeat scripture)." Inhale, and then as you exhale, lower your arms and come back to Mt. Zion.
