NOTE with Lesson #2: Breathing cues for Scripture Sequence points/steps 2 and 3 are NOT the same as when we teach PraiseMoves postures. Follow the pattern Nola Jeanne demonstrates the second time through Point/Step 3 at 14:02 minutes of the video below (near end of video).
Instead, make general statement to your students: “Alternate your breathing cues for INHALES and EXHALES from one posture to the next and do NOT hold your breath.”
We do NOT cue INHALE, then EXHALE before every posture movement in Point/Step 2 and Point/Step 3 of the Scripture Sequence teaching because it interrupts the flow intention of a Scripture Sequence.

Caution: Watch your knees -- when lunging side to side during WWW, keep knees directly above your ankles. Knees and toes should be tracking in the same direction.
